Service Terms

These terms apply when you ask Brother Cooling System to visit for AC or refrigerator work in Hyderabad.

A request is not an appointment

A prepared WhatsApp message, a missed call or a WhatsApp chat asks us to contact you. Your enquiry reaches us only after you send the message. The visit is confirmed only when we agree the locality, the job and a time. Availability depends on the schedule.

Quotes

Published rates cover the labour or package described on the pricing page. Parts, extra copper, stands, brackets and electrical materials are charged only when the quote names them. You can refuse work after the inspection. The inspection charge is for the visit unless the quote says it will be adjusted.

Taxes are added only when the quote lists them.

The visit

Service is at your address. We do not operate a walk-in repair shop at the registered address in Patel Nagar. Please contact us before coming to that address.

Safe access to the indoor unit, outdoor unit and power point needs to be available. If the site cannot be worked safely, the job may be stopped and rescheduled.

Independent service

Brother Cooling System is an independent air conditioner and refrigerator service provider. We are not an authorised service centre, dealer or official representative of Daikin, Carrier, Samsung, LG, Blue Star, Voltas, Lloyd, Hitachi, Whirlpool, Godrej, Haier, Bosch or any other appliance brand. Brand-specific warranty support, if your appliance still has it, stays with that brand’s own process.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change a visit, call or WhatsApp +91 7061298322 as early as you can. Say so before the technician is already at the address.

Photos you send

Photos are used to understand the AC, the piping route or the fault. They are not published as customer stories unless you have agreed to that separately. This website does not use invented reviews.
